SRI LANKA PLANTATIONS CORPORATION

VACANCY

Applications are called from qualified citizens of Sri Lanka for filling following vacancy in the Sri Lanka State Plantations Corporation.

Accountant 

Qualifications

(a)External Candidates (1 or 2 below)

1.A  Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance Management/ Management / Commerce which is recognized by the U.G.C.

AND

A minimum of one year post qualifying experience in the relevant field to the Post, after obtaining the first degree.

2.Having passed the Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional Chartered Institute, of which the subject area is relevant to the post.

AND

A. minimum one year post qualifying experience in the relevant field to the post.

(b)Internal Candidates (1 or 2 below)

1. Having obtained the qualifications required by the external candidates above.

2.Completion of minimum five (05) years satisfactory service in a post in the Junior Manager (JM) category, in the subject area relevant to the post in Sri Lanka State Plantations Corporation.

Salary Scale - As per the Management Service Circular No. 02/2016 a Salary Scale of M  M 1-1 - 2016 Rs.53,175- 10 x1,375- 15 x 1,910 - 95,575 is entitled for the above post.

Recruitment Procedure -  On the results of a Structural Interview conducted by a panel appointed by the appointing authority.

Structural Interview

Age - Should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years. The upper Age limit will not apply to internal candidates.

• Planters' Provident Society a minimum of 10% of your salary to such Provident Fund and the SLSPC contribution to such Provident Fund will be a maximum of 12% and 3% to Employees' Trust Fund of your salary.
