MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE COLOMBO COMMERCIAL FERTILIZERS LIMITED POST OF MARKETING MANAGER

Applications are invited from Citizen of Sri Lanka to fi ll the post of Marketing Manager of Colombo Commercial Fertilizers Limited.  

POST OF MARKETING MANAGER (HM 1-1) — No. OF POST (01)

Qualifications: For the External Candidates 

1.  The graduate holding a degree recognized by the University Grant Commission in the field of Management / Commerce / Agriculture /Science.

With

Postgraduate Degree (Master) in Agriculture /Marketing or any other relevant field or associate Membership of a recognized Professional Chartered Institution relevant to subject area of the post.

And

Minimum of 15 years' experience at a "Managerial Level" in a Corporation, Board, Statutory Institution or a reputed Private Institution.

2.  Full membership of a recognized Professional Chartered Institution in a related field to the Post.

And

Minimum of 15 years' experience at a "Managerial Level" in a Corporation, Board, Statutory Institution or a reputed Private Institution.

Internal Candidates 

1. Having obtained the above required qualifications for the external candidates.

2.  Completion of Minimum five (5) years, satisfactory service in a post of Manager (MM) Grade 1 Category, in the subject area relevant to the post.

Age  :  Age should be not less than 35 years and not more the 55 years.

The upper age limit will not be applied to the internal candidates. 

Salary Code & Scale : HM 1 — 1 = Rs.80,295/= + 15 x 2,270 = Rs.114,345/= 

Note :  In addition Government approved Allowances will be paid.  Other : Every Applicant,     

I Should be a citizen of Sri Lanka,     

II  Should be physically and mentally fi t to discharge the duties of the post well and to serve in any part of the island.    

III Should be of an excellent character.
