MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE

NATIONAL LIVESTOCK DEVELOPMENT BOARD POST VACANT

Applications are called for the following Post from eligible citizens of Sri Lanka.

Post - Veterinary Surgeon MM 1-1-2016

Qualifications -  A Degree in Veterinary Science (BVSc) from a recognized University and registration in the Veterinary Council of Sri Lanka (SLVC).

Age - Should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years.

Salary  MM 1-1-2016 : Rs. 53,175/- - 10 x 1,375/- - 15 x 1,910/- 95,575/-

Other Allowances  Cost of Living Allowance - Rs. 7,800/-

Budgetary Allowance for the Veterinary Surgeons - Rs. 7,500/-

In addition to the above salary & allowances, Board approved allowances and benefits will be paid.

Every Applicant

i.  Should be a Sri Lankan Citizen.

ii. Should be physically and mentally fi t to discharge the duties of the post  well and to serve in any part of the island.

iii. Should have an excellent character.         iv. Working knowledge in English will be a distinct advantage.
