Support to Colombo Urban Regeneration

Project - AIIB

The Government of Sri Lanka has negotiated for financing from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) towards the construction of about 5,500 housing units and redevelopment of lands in Colombo city and suburbs under the Urban Regeneration program as a priority investment in the Urban Development Region. This Project is executed by the Ministry of Urban Development & Housing (MUD&H) and implemented by the Urban Development Authority (UDA).

Applications are invited from the suitable qualified officers those who are possessing .

Technical Officer (Electrical)/Technical Officer( Services )

1) Having obtained a certificate of proficiency not below than the National Vocational Qualification Level 7, issued by a Technical/ Vocational Training institute accepted by Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission for a post related to Technical field 

and

At least 03 years of experience in the required area of specialization

2) Having obtained a certificate of proficiency not below than the National  Vocational Qualification Level 6, issued by a Technical/Vocational Training institute accepted by Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission for a post related to Technical field

And

At least 07 years of experience in the required area of specialization.

3)Having obtained a certificate of proficiency not below than the National  Vocational Qualification Level 5, issued by a Technical/ Vocational Training institute accepted by Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission for a post related to Technical field

And

At least 12 years of experience in the required area of specialization

Terms and Conditions :

Remuneration, Terms and Conditions will be in terms of Management Services Circular No. 01 / 2019 of 15.03.2019. Working station will be in Colombo with field travelling in Western Province.
