Vacancies

Chief Security Officer - (HM 1-1)( Permanent/Contract basis )

Requirements :  A Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field of Civil Management / Arts / Defence Studies which is recognized by the U.G.C. and postgraduate qualification (Masters) with a minimum of 12 years relevant field experience in Managerial Level in a Corporation, Statutory Board, Institution or a reputed private Institution.

Salary : Permanent Basis -HM 1-1 - Rs. 81,670/- - 15x2,270/-  - 115,720/-

Contract Basis -Salary may be negotiable.( In addition, the prevailing cost of living allowance is paid).

General Conditions -

l  Every applicant should be a citizens of Sri Lanka.

l  Every applicant should be physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties of the post well and to serve in any part of the island.

l Every applicant should be of excellent moral character.

l The selected permanent candidates will be appointed on  probation for a period of three (03) years.

l Every applicant should be not less than 35 years and not  more than 55 years, but this age limit is not applicable to the employees of Government Departments, Corporations and Statutory Boards.

l Tri-Forces  experience is recognized as an additional qualification for Chief Security Officer post.
