Construction Guarantee Fund (CGF) Employment

Construction Guarantee Fund (CGF) seeks an experienced person to the Post of Deputy to the Chief Executive Officer The candidate should have an Academic Qualification in the field/s either in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, and Quantity Surveying/Building Economics. Professional Membership and proficiency in all three (03) languages will be an added qualification with minimum experience of 15 years or more with thorough knowledge in; 

• Local Construction Industry & Contractor Behaviour 

• Activities of the Regulatory Authority (CIDA)

 • Conditions of Contract (Local and International) 

• Evaluating Project RISK & Contract Management 

• Financial Discipline of Projects 

• Corporate Credit Ratings (CCR) 

• Disputes Resolution & Litigation 

• Banks attitude when providing Bonds and Guarantees 

• General Administration, HR and Procurement 

• Advance knowledge in IT Recruitment initially on Contract Basis.
