Job Description

Support to Colombo Urban Regeneration

Project - AIIB

The Government of Sri Lanka has negotiated for financing from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) towards the construction of about 5,500 housing units and redevelopment of lands in Colombo city and suburbs under the Urban Regeneration program as a priority investment in the Urban Development Region. This Project is executed by the Ministry of Urban Development & Housing (MUD&H) and implemented by the Urban Development Authority (UDA).

Applications are invited from the suitable qualified officers those who are possessing 

Project Accountant

(1  or 2 below )

1)A Successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field which is recognized by the University Grants Commission

or

A qualification recognized by the University Grants Commission as an equivalent qualification to the degree in the relevant field

or

An Associate Membership/A similar Professional qualification obtained from a recognized professional Institution in the relevant field

with

At least 09 years’ post qualifying experience in the relevant field

2)An officer of the Government All Island Services Class III/II or above or  similar status in the relevant field.

with

At least 09 years ’of experience in the Class III/II post.

* Experience in projects will be an added advantage.

Terms and Conditions :

Remuneration, Terms and Conditions will be in terms of Management Services Circular No. 01 / 2019 of 15.03.2019. Working station will be in Colombo with field travelling in Western Province.
