University of Moratuwa will entertain applications for the undermentioned post from suitably qualified persons up to 25th February, 2022.

Project Manager – Construction Works

Qualifications:

(a) B.Sc.  Engineering Degree from a recognized University/Higher Educational Institution (HEI) specializing in Civil Engineering

OR

B.Sc. Engineering Degree from a recognized University/HEI specializing in Quantity Surveying

OR

Equivalent professional qualifications recognized by the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka (IESL)

AND

(b)Possess a corporate membership from a recognized Engineering Institute.

OR

Possess a corporate membership from a recognized Institute of Quantity Surveying

AND

(c)A minimum of Ten (10) years of relevant experience in construction projects, handling contracts as well as managing direct labour.

• In addition to the salary, the cost of living allowance (Rs. 7,800/-) and other approved allowances (M.C.A. Allowance 45%, Additional Allowance 20%) will be paid to the selected candidates.
• Research Allowance of 35% of the salary will be paid according to the regulations.
• Salary will be paid according to the University Grants Commission Circular No.17/2016 ( v) dated  01.06.2018.
