UNIVERSITY OF KELANIYA – SRI LANKA VACANCIES

Applications will be entertained by me up to 09.06.2022 for the following posts for the Academic Year 2020/2021.

FACULTY OF COMMERCE & MANAGEMENT STUDIES 

 (I)  Temporary Lecturer 

 Department:

 HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT 

•      B.Sc. Honours in MIT Degree

•      B.SC (Hons.) in Information Technology and Management

•      B Sc (hons) in Mathematics

•      B.Sc. Honours Study Programme in Computation and Management (CM)

Qualifications

 Temporary Lecturer: 

 1) A Degree with specialization in relevant subject with First or Second Class (Upper Division) Honours; 

(A person Awaiting results could also apply)

OR 

2) A Degree with specialization in relevant subject with Second Class (Lower Division) Honours;

OR

3) (a) A Degree with specialization in relevant subject without Honours or any other Degree with at least Second Class Honours;

And 

(b) A Doctoral Degree in relevant subject

Or 

(c) A Master degree in the relevant subject obtained after a full-time course of study of at least 24 months durations (or equivalent part-time course of study) with a research component by way of thesis/dissertation. 

Or  

(d) A full time Master Degree in relevant subject of a minimum of 18 months duration with at least 60 credits of which not less than 15 credits of research by way thesis/dissertation.

 Salary : Temporary Lecturer - Rs. 49,860/- p.m.

Appointees will become contributors to the Universities Provident Fund, contributing 10% of their monthly salary and 15% by the university and 3% of the monthly salary to the Employees Trust Fund respectively.
