VACANCIES 

Applications are invited from qualified citizens of Sri Lanka for filling the following vacancies of the National Aquaculture Development Authority of Sri Lanka (NAQDA).

Post of Assistant Director Human Resource Development - MM 1-3

Qualifications & Experience - External 

A degree in Management / Human Resource from a recognized university which is recognized by the university Grants Commission with one (01) year administrative experience in managerial capacity in a Government Department / Statutory Body or in a reputed Mercantile Establishment. 

Salary Scale-Rs. 55,925 - 10x1,375 - 15x1,910 - 98,325/=

Qualifications & Experience - Internal 

Minimum of 05 years experience in Junior Manager Category (JM) in the HR Division of the Authority.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: 

Applicants from the Government /Local Governmental Departments/Corporations/ Statutory Bodies should channel their applications through the heads of their institutions. 

• Applicant should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
• Should be physically and mentally fi t to perform the duties entrusted to the post and to serve in any part of the island.
• Director General & Director Finance:- Age should be not less than 35 years and not more than 55 years. The upper age limit will not apply to the internal candidates .
• Assistant Director Human Resource Development:- Age should be not less than 22 years and not more than 45 years. The upper age limit will not apply to the internal candidates .
• Should have an excellent and moral character.
• The appointment will be on permanent basis
