Job Description

Recruitment for the Post of Audit Assistant (Management Assistant – Technological Category)

Job Description

1. Preparation of reports relevant to and required by the Audit Committee

2. Circulation of Audit reports/ queries and other records to relevant parties

3. Verifying of the compliance with licence conditions, regulatory documents, Financial documents etc.

4. Verifying of the compliance with Commission decisions, rules, regulations and circular orders

5. Assisting the management for checking of field works

6. Assisting the higher officials in Internal Audit to prepare Audit Plans and Reports

Qualifications:

Educational

Having passed 06 subjects in G.C.E. (O/L) examination at one sitting with credit passes for four subjects including Mathematics, Sinhala/ Tamil and English Language; and passed 03 subjects in G.C.E (A/L) examination;

AND

Vocational

Having successfully completed a National Diploma Course not below the N.V.Q Level 6 in the relevant field, conducted by an Institute of Technological Training recognized by the Commission

AND

Experience

05 years of post qualifying experience in the relevant field

Age

Should not be less than 18 years and not more than 35 years.

iii. Fill On line Application

iv. Click On Preview to Cross Check the details you have filled in the Application Form

v. Click on Edit to edit/change any details you have filled incorrectly in the Application form. Click on Submit. Please note that you won’t be able to Edit the form after Submission

vi. After submitting the application, you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number

vii. Reply to that email by attaching your educational, professional and service certificates in pdf format

viii. Employees from Government Departments, Corporations and Statutory boards should get the approval of their Heads of Institutions and scan the document of approval and upload it to the confirmation email as the reply.
