VACANCY

GENERAL MANAGER (Hm1-3)

With regard to highly competitive growth in boat building industry, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic professional as the General, Manager of the company.

Qualification

•A Bachelors of degree from a UGC approved University/ Institute in the field of Arts/ Science / Management/ Law/ Public Administration of Finance/ Business Adn1inistration

 With

• MBN /MSC and/ or an associate membership from a recognized professional body is mandatory and

• Minimum I5 years post qualifying experience in managerial level Out of which 3 years should be after postgraduate and on senior managerial level, with a proven track record.

•Sound Knowledge and experience in boat building, and marketing would be an advantage

•Age: Between 35 - 55 years

•Remuneration : Rs. 86,865- 15x 2,270 - Rs. 120,915/- and government approved allowances

•Qualification for internal candidates is minimum of 03 years experience in Assistant General Manager (HtM 1-1) Cey-Nor Foundation Limited.

The selected candidate will be required to provide overall leadership to develop and implement business strategies to achieve consistent result, sustainable growth and overall performance. Further, the person should possess excellent communication, presentation skills and abilities to oversee all other essential prerequisite of the company.
