 The Open University of Sri Lanka POST OF GRAPHIC DESIGNER (ON CONTRACT)

Applications will be entertained from suitably qualified persons for the above post.

 Qualifications:

I. Should Pass the G.C.E. (O/L) Examination with credits in Mathematics and English.

II. Should have completed a Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent qualifications with Multimedia / Graphic Design skills and 1 year work experience in related field.

III. Good knowledge in Graphic - Software, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In-design etc.

IV. Ability to develop and design creative Graphic Illustrations, Layouts and Images.

V. Computer literacy is a pre - requisite.

VI. Good knowledge in English language. Method of Recruitment Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Graphic Design Practical test and Interview.

Salary : Rs. 25,000/= p.m. (fixed allowance)

Age : Applicants should be less than 35 years.

Benefits

Appointees will become contributors to the Employees’ Provident Fund, contributing 8% of their monthly earnings and the University contributing an amount equivalent to 12%. In addition, they will become contributors to the Employees Trust Fund. The University will contribute 3% of the monthly earnings of the employee.
