Electronic Government
Procurement (e-GP) Secretariat Recruitment of ICT Officers - 03 positions
Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants for the post of ICT Officer, in the Electronic Government Procurement Secretariat (e-GP Secretariat) to implement the e-GP system under the Ministry of Finance.
Monthly Remuneration (All inclusive):Rs.40,000/-
Age Limit: below 50 years .
Qualifications:
1)A successfully completed Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology or equivalent, which is recognized by the University Grants Commission.
Or
2)Qualifications recognized by the University Grants Commission as an equivalent qualification to a degree in the relevant fi led.
Or
3) NVQ Level 6 certification obtained from a Technical / Vocational Training Institute accepted by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission, with a minimum of 02 years relevant experience.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Web based software development for the LAMP platform, good knowledge in User-Interface Design, System Testing and Documentations under Agile. Knowledge in Systems Security and Public Procurement will be added advantages.
Method of Selection:
Shortlisted applicants based on relevant qualifications and experience will be called for an interview.
Recruitment Basis:
All the appointments will be made initially for a period of one year and extension of service will be based on the performance.

All conditions in the Management Service Circular No. 01/2019 of 15.03.2019 and subsequent Treasury Circulars will apply in relation to the appointments.
