MANAGER - DIGITAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

(Regional Delivery Program)

Tasks and Responsibilities

Overall purpose of the job is to initiate and improve the delivery process of the bank's digital products to the urban and rural customers. Planning, Implementation and monitoring of the digital pro duct delivery process and optimizing t he processes. Provide leadership to the Digital Business Development Unit of the Bank.

Qualifications and Experience

*    Should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Information Technology /Computer Science or CIM/SLIM or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

*  Minimum 07 years' experience at "Managerial Level" in a public or private sector organisation in related area.

*    Preference will begiven to those who have experience in Business Development, Marketing, Business Process re-engendering, Project Management, Sales of Banking & Finance solutions.

*    A postgraduate qualification in the Business Management, Strategic Management, IT or equivalent will be an added advantage.

*    Possess knowledge in Banking and Finance related Computer applications.

*    Age should be less than 45 years by the closing date of application .

*  The ideal candidate should also,

•  Have excellent analytical, problem solving and organizing skills with the ability to evaluate, review, interpret information and should be a highly self-motivated individual.

•  A go-getter.

• Possess strong leadership qualities, interpersonal communication skills.

• A proven ability to work with rural communities to promote banking and financial products especially digital banking products such as QR code payments, mobile banking products, agent banking etc.

•  Be a team player and should have a good PR.

Method of selection

Short -listed applicants who meet the stipulated qualifications and experience will be called for an interview.

Contract Basis (One year extendable)
