POST OF PROJECT ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY)

Qualifications: 

•      Candidates should hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree from a recognized University.

•      Preference will be given to those who have done one or more subjects in Sociology, Economic,  Political Science, and Mass Media for their degree.  

•      Experience in open and distance learning methods will be an added advantage.

•      Those who have obtain qualification in Computer Literacy and Communication Skills in English Language would be an added advantage.

Job Profile: 

•      Coordination of academic programs offered by Faculty of Humanities and Social Science,  at Matara Regional Center and student counseling. 

•      Willingness to undertake responsibilities of any other official work assign by the Assistant Director  of the centre. 

Salary scale:

Monthly salary will be Rs.30,000/= (inclusive of  Cost of Living allowance and other applicable allowances)  Will be a member of EPF & ETF.

Appointment:

The appointment is temporary for the period of one year and base on performance, service can be extend up to another one year period.
