NATIONAL SALT LIMITED

Under the purview of Ministry of Industries

National Salt Limited is a Government owned company which comes under the purview of Ministry of Industries. Applications are invited for the following posts on Permanent basis to work at Colombo-Head Office and at our Salterns located in Mannar and Elephant Pass  (Kilinochchi).

ASSISTANT  MANAGER -  QUALITY CONTROL (JM I-I)(01  Position - at Mannar Saltern-Frequent Visit to Elephant Pass Saltern )

 Required Qualifications

 External Candidates

1. UGC recognized degree in Science/Management or NVQ Level 7 certificate in quality control

OR

2. NVQ level – 6 in Quality Management & five (05) years of experience in relevant field 

OR 

3. NVQ level -5 in Quality Management and ten (10) years of experience in the relevant field

Internal candidate

1. Having obtained the qualifications required by the external candidates above.

OR

2. Completion of minimum five (05) years of satisfactory service in a post of the Management Assistant- Technological (MA 2-1) Grade II, in the subject area relevant to the post.

Salary scale - JM 1-1-GR-II-2016 Rs. (42,600-10x755-18x1,135-70,580) & other  government approved allowances.
