VACANCIES

Applications are called for the following post from eligible citizens of Sri Lanka.

General Manager

(a) Qualifications and Experience:

 1.  A Bachelor’s Degree in the Field of Mechanical Engineering/ Management / HR from a University/ Institution recognized by the UGC.

WITH

A Postgraduate Degree qualification (Masters’) in the relevant field or Associate membership of a recognized Professional Chartered Institute, which is relevant to the subject area of the post.

AND

Minimum of 15 years experience at a "Managerial Level" in a Corporation, Board/Statutory Institution or a reputed Private Institution.

OR

2.  Full membership of a recognized professional Chartered Institution (Accounts/ Mechanical Engineering) in a related field to the post.

AND

Minimum of 15 years’ experience at a “Managerial Level” in a Corporation, Board, Statutory Institution or a reputed Private Institution.

(b)Salary Scale: HM 1-3 - 86,865 - 15 x 2,270 - 120,915/-

Initial salary (Rs. 86,865/-) of the HM 1-3 category, with Fuel allowance and Official vehicle facilities or Transport allowance of Rs. 50,000/- are entitled monthly and other Government approved allowances.

(c)Age:

Age should be not less than 35 years and not more than 55 years.

Nature of the Appointment -

The above post shall be on a permanent basis subject to three-year probation period with entitlement to EPF & ETF
