Team Leader - Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with right attitudes to fill the following vacancy in the counterpart team of ongoing Bandaranaike International Airport Development Project Phase II Stage 2 

POST OF TEAM LEADER (ON CONTRACT) 

1. Job Scope :  We are looking for a result oriented self-motivated team leader for counterpart team of employer (AASL) to support the consultant of BIA DP PII S2 Package “A” and team leader is responsible for directing and supervising a counterpart team to facilitate the consultant and contractor to Implement the project.    

2. Key Responsibilities :  

Assist to review and coordination of details of all services with architectural and civil works and coordination with Employer, consultant and contractor. 

Assist to coordinate all stakeholders to make sure smooth implementation of the project. 

Assist to review and Comment  on  payments  and  variation claims  of  contractor  for  additional  works.    

3. Qualifications & Experience  :

a. Should possess a four (04) years BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering from a University recognized by the UGC.  

AND  

b. Should possess Corporate Membership of an institution recognized by the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka in the field of Civil Engineering.

AND

c. Should possess a minimum of ten (10) years post qualifying experience in the relevant field of Civil Engineering for Contract Supervision and Contract Administration of large  scale development projects such as  Hotels, Apartments  Airports, Etc.

4. Age :  The age limit should be below 45 years on the closing date for applications.      

5. Salary :  All inclusive monthly fixed allowance of Rs.225,000/- and fuel allowance
