VACANCY  

ACADEMIC COORDINATOR (CONTRACT) – ENGLISH FOR GENERAL ACADEMIC PURPOSES (EGAP) COURSE 

FACULTY OF ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY,

THE OPEN UNIVERSITY OF SRI LANKA 

The Faculty of Engineering Technology of the Open University of Sri Lanka invites you to be a part of our team. 
We are searching for a passionate, well organized and a motivated candidate for this post to assist us with the online delivery of the EGAP course. 

Qualifications: 

● Bachelor’s degree in ELT/TESL/English Studies obtained from a recognised university. 

● Preference will be given to those candidates with higher degrees, preferably in ELT/TESL/English Studies.  

● Academic and administrative experience in a higher education setting is an added advantage.   

● Ability to effectively communicate and liaise with people at different levels with awareness and sensitivity   

● Competency in general IT skills is also a requirement.
