Regional Development Bank, as the premier state-owned development bank in Sri Lanka with a network of 272 branches islandwide and with over 3000 manpower strength, invites applications from experienced professionals with relevant qualifi cations and exceptional leadership skills for the following posts.

GENERAL MANAGER / CEO

Key Requirements:

• Should have one of the following qualifications,
• a)a degree from a recognized university with a post graduate qualification in a relevant field or
• b)a professional qualification in banking or any other relevant field.
• Should have ten years’ experience in Banking at Senior Management level.
• Possess strong competencies in development banking, banking operations, credit risk management, financial and marketing aspects of banking business.
• Possess excellent people management and leadership skills.

 Age - below 62 years
