Job Description

HEAD OF MAINTENANCE

The Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited (ANCL), widely known as Lake House, is the home and heart of print media in Sri Lanka. 

The Country’s pioneer print media institution has a history of over 100 years and 25 years of online publishing continues to occupy the number one spot in the print media industry.

We are looking for a competent and dynamic citizen from Sri Lanka with the following qualifications and experience to act as the Head of the Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Sections of our Company.

 

Scope  :

l Proper maintenance of 100 years old heritage building & branch offices  l  Timely attendance to mechanical and electrical requirements of the printing presses and ancillary equipments.

l Timely attendance to electrical & air-conditioning requirements           

l  Proper maintenance of the telephone exchange and the public address systems

 

Eligibility Criteria

 

1.Educational/Professional Qualifications & Experience

a. B.Sc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering in a University recognized by the University Grants Commission with 7 years experience in the relevant field.

or

b.  National Diploma in Technology (NDT) with 10 years experience in  the relevant field.

2.Age  : Preferably below 45 years
