GRAPHIC DESIGNER ON CONTRATCT BASIS

Sri Lanka Tea Board, the Apex body of the Tea industry in Sri Lanka, incorporated by the Tea Board Law No. 14 of 1975, with the responsibility of "Ceylon Tea Promotion " locally and globally, is currently in the process of launching a "Global Tea Promotion Campaign". We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented individual to obtain the services as a Graphic Designer on Contact basis, initially for a period of 01 year. Selected candidate will be based at the Head Office of the Tea Board.

Tasks assigned for the Graphic Designer

Assisting Director Promotion to plan and implementation of Graphic Designing

part of the "Ceylon Tea" Promotion Activities of the Board.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Designing obtained from a University recognized by the University Grant Commission of Sri Lanka

And

Minimum 01 year post qualifying experience as a Graphic Designer in the public or reputed private sector Institute preferably in the field of Tea Industry /Trade, Marketing and International Trade with Proven track records of having knowledge in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe after Effects and MS Office Package and Very good creative skills. Well versed in English and Sinhala and a team player with effective time management skills.

Remuneration: monthly salary of Rs.42,600 /= and Rs7800 /= cost of living allowance per month which will be entitled for EPF and ETF .

Age Limit : below 45 years

Period of Contact: Initially for period of 01 year.

Selection Procedure: Selection will be done by a practical test and structured interview conducted by the Sri Lanka Tea Board.
