Ministry of Defence Vacancies

Recruitment as Reserve Assistant  Superintendents of Police to the  Ministry of Defence affiliated to the Sri Lanka Police -2021

Position :Cyber and Forensic Analyst

Educational qualifications: Master's Degree in Cyber and Forensics or higher qualification

i. Ability to open-source analysis

ii. Identify the security arrangements of the computer systems.

iii .Identify and protect against viruses entering into the computer system.

iv. Ability to use software I hard ware properly

v. Ability of forensic analysis

Additional qualifications (general) relevant to  positions (should be  applicable to the posts applied for):

i.  Not  less than 10 years of experience in the field

ii. Published books/ research papers/ journals(nationally and internationally)

iii. Having participated  in international: or   local conferences/ workshops

iv. Having organized workshops based 1 on research programs

v. Having served as a lecturer in universities / other institutions.

vi. Having project s completed or ongoing.

General  conditions of  recruitment  applicable to  positions

 Age limit : Age should between 35 - 50 years.

 Method of Recruitment :

This recruitment will be made on contract basis as analysts for a period of 04 years The contract period will be extended based on efficiency, productivity and .service requirement, and the contract may be terminated in case of the requirement of the recruitment is not fulfilled properly.

Salary Scale :

Salary entitled for the post of SL 1-Grade |||

i. Cost of living allowance

ii. 40% allowance

iii. 25% of salary allowance

iv. Arduous allowance
