Lanka Electricity Company (Private) Limited, a distribution utility in Sri Lanka which has seven Branches covering operational areas of the coastal belt of the island from Negombo to Galle serving over 560,000 consumers and has a workforce of 1500 employees is seeking qualified personnel for the following post.

STORES ASSISTANT (BRANCH)

Educational & Professional Qualifications

G.C.E. (O/L) six subjects including Sinhala / Tamil Language, Mathematics and English with five credit passes in not more than two sittings

AND

G.C.E. (A/L) with 03 subjects (one sitting).

AND

Certificate Course in Materials Management from a Recognized Institution.

Experience

5 years' experience as a Storeman/Store keeper/Stores & Supplies Clerk or similar position in a reputed company.

Additional Qualifications

(a)  Computer Literacy

(b)  Proficiency in handling correspondence and writing reports in English as well as in Sinhala independently.

(c)  Valid Driving Licence

Below 40 years as at 02nd August 2022
